Once Upon a Time is an interactive fairy tale written by the reader, built around subtle marketing metaphors. At the end of the journey, it returns a personality profile based on the reader’s choices.

Through narrative and playful mechanics, the experience encourages the user to step outside the conventional boundaries of their professional role and enter a fairytale world reminiscent of childhood imagination.

By gently challenging the player’s ego and drawing comparisons with three iconic fairy-tale villains, the game guides the player through a metaphorical journey that reflects the role of leadership in product development.

As players collect treasures through the decisions they make, the system traces a psychological and behavioral profile in an engaging and entertaining way, revealing insights about their mindset and decision-making style.
